Pelikan Limited Edition M1108 The Hanging Gardens of Babylon Fountain Pen
This is the fifth in the series of seven wonders of the world. Dating from the fourth century BC, the Hanging Gardens were constructed by Nebuchadnezzar II as terraced roof gardens in Babylon. Contemporaries documented the history of this structure and gardens in cuneiform script, making it one of the oldest documents and offering us an understanding, not only of the building, but of the language as it was recorded.
The cap represents the towers cloaked in vines and foliage with side facing the clip is rounded, the other two sides are faceted and show stacks of colonnades.
The traditional Pelikan logo adorns the top.
The clip is inlaid with the same green enamel as the barrel color.
Each nib is hand crafted and and comes as a Medium only.
It is limited to only 410 pens worldwide
