Pelikan Limited Edition M101 Herzstuck 1929 Fountain Pen

 

Pelikan released a historical fountain pen,The Pelikan Herzstück 1929,  created to commemorate the company's innovations introduced to the world of stationery in the year 1929 with a piston-filling mechanism that allowed fountain pens to have a larger ink capacity and a clear ink chamber that allowed ink levels to be monitored. 

The barrel and cap are made of black resin, with an 18K gold plated dome made of brass on the cap with the original four chick logo. The cap band has been engraved circumferentially with the words “Herzstück Pelikan” . The pen feature an 18K gold nib with commemorative engravings of the company logo.

The Herzstuck 1929 Fountain Pen is limited to 462 pieces and comes in a gift box that also includes a bottle of Royal Blue ink.
