Sailor Ebony Desk Pen

This unusual fountain pen has been handcrafted from seasoned natural ebony wood.Ebony has been prized as an ornamental wood for its dark colour appearance, high density (it is one of the few woods that sinks in water), and woodsy fragrance. Each Ebony Wood Desk Pen has its own unique wood grain finish - no two pens are exactly alike.

This Desk Pen is large but comfortable to write because of  the warm wood barrel and smooth-writing Sailor nibs  A solid "click" sound can be heard when putting the cap on to ensure  an almost airtight seal between the cap and barrel which prevents early dry-out of the nib.
