Montegrappa Game of Thrones Stark Ball Pen

Game of Thrones is an American fantasy drama television series created by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. The series premiered on HBO in the United States on April 17, 2011, and its sixth season ended on June 26, 2016. The series was renewed for a seventh season and is scheduled to premiere on July 16, 2017 and will conclude with its eighth season in 2018.

Montegrappa’s Game of Thrones writing instruments represented each of the four key families: Stark, Baratheon, Lannister and Targaryen. Each of the pen is individualised for the family it represents through sigils and emblems representing the clan.

The barrels and caps are made from colourful lacquered with trimming in palladium, 18k gold or bronze plated with “Game of Thrones” engraved on the cap ring. The fountain pen comes with stainless steel nib and decorated with a sword:

Stark: With House Stark’s northern origins, the colour chosen for the family’s pen is a silvery-white, accented in palladium, conveying winter. The cap is patterned with a runic symbol reminiscent of Norse artistry. A direwolf’s head forms the pocket clip, while the top of the cap shows the direwolf’s profile, above the motto, “Winter Is Coming.”
