Graf von Faber Castell Special Edition SG50 Snakewood Set (Fountain Pen, Roller Ball, Ball Pen and Mechanical Pencil)

In commemoration of Singapore’s Golden Jubilee which is commonly referred to as SG50. Graf von Faber Castell launched this Snakewood Special Edition Collection to commemorate Singapore's 50th Anniversary.  Snakewood was choosen because of Singapore's Independence in 1965, also happens to be the year of the Wood Snake according to the Chinese Zodiac. Snakewood is from South America and is among the most expensive in the world. It is a very hardwood with reddish brown veins and a natural lustre. The cap, tip and sprung clip are plated with highly polished platinum.
The Snakewood Special Edition is limited to 50 sets of 4 pieces (fountain pen, rollerball pen, ball pen and mechanical pencil) with individually numbered from 1 to 50 and bearing the SG50 logo in an exclusive wooden presentation box
