Inspired by the range of colours from deep blue, sky-blue, bright blue, or azure to deep cyan, found in the heavenly skies. AP presents – Cerulean – an abstract Maki-e depiction of the astronomical patterns formed by the position of celestial bodies in the cosmos.The skill and distinction in the brush of the Maki-e Shi is inherent in the very special hue of blue achieved on this product using crushed Mother of Pearl, Platinum powder and Gold mixed with Urushi.
