Waterman Serenite Maki-e "The Kirin" is a special limited edition of only 120 pieces made. The Waterman Serenite with it's gracefully curved form which blends well with the Japanese Traditional Art of Maki-e.
The Kirin is one of the 4 Gods from Ancient Chinese Mythology. It was known as the "benevolence beast" and a symbol of consideration,  The Kirin has the foot of a horse, the body of a deer, the head of a wolf and a tail of a cow.
