S.T. Dupont Special Edition Hope for Japan L8 Lighter

 

When one of the worst earthquakes in recorded history befell Japan, the entire world felt the shock waves. S.T. Dupont has rapidly created the limited edition HOPE, to express their support for the people of Japan, based on the Défi Pen Collection and a Ligne 8 lighter.
The ballpoint and the lighter are richly lacquered in bright pure red and imprinted with a Sakura tree resplendent with cherry blossoms, the enduring Japanese metaphor for the ephemeral nature of life, and the promise of its renewal.
The lighter comes with a double cigar flame and is lighter than the L2 lighters. The light weight metal body is durable and protective with thick smooth coats of lacquer
All profits, namely 50 € per piece, will be donated, through the French Red Cross, to the Japanese Red Cross, as a token of the support for Japan.
