This is a Namiki Capless fountain pen but the instruction booklet that comes with it uses the Pilot Capless's booklet. Namiki is own by Pilot.

The barrel of this pen is decorated with hundreds of tiny multi-coloured abalone shell fragment,using the tradition Japanese raden technique and finishes with 10 layers of laquer
