Visconti has created the Limited Edition Blue Typhoon Fountain Pen at the forefront of writing technology which will satisfy even the most demanding pen aficionado! Two of Visconti’s patented designs can be perfectly viewed: the double reservoir power filler prevents leaks during air travel; the hook safe locking system keeps the pen cap completely secure. After extensive testing, Visconti developed its new Smartouch Tubular Nib made of Chromium 18. The tube-shaped nib precisely wraps around the feed; its uniquely positioned air hole will keep the nib and ink wet for longer periods before drying out.

The Visconti Mosquito filling adaptor is designed solely for the new Smartouch nib. This interesting device attaches to the pen for ink loading. The adaptor avoids dipping the nib directly into the ink and results in a cleaner, more efficient fill. The Blue Typhoon is limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide.
