Caran d'Ache Limited Edition 2015 Year of The Goat Fountain Pen

The Maison Caran d'Ache pays tribute to the refined arts employed in the Chinese Calendar Collection, destined to revive the legend of the Chinese Zodiac sysmbols. The Year of The Goat produced as a limited edition to celebrate the Year of The Goat in 2015 is to resurrect the splendour of Chinese lacquer. It represent a good omen in 2015 and for the lucky owner.
Master Lam Chi Van, a Vietnamese artist of Chinese origin, is the master artist and calligrapher, specialised in the art of calligraphy, bamboo and watercolours.
The calligraphic sign of the Goat stands out against the glossy black lacquered background. The silhouette of two goats are finely engraved on the body of the pen with the goat abundant fleece and its head complete with silver plated and rhodium coated horns.  
The pen bear the distinctive marks of the Maison Caran d'Ache and the individual numbers are adorned in yellow gold. It also bears the official Chinese seal "Chinese Lacquer"
The Year of The Goat 2015 is limited to 888 fountain pens and 888 roller ball pens.
