Caran d'Ache 849 Original Ballpoint Pen is a modified version of the classic Swiss 849 pens .. The latest addition to the popular Caran d'Ache 849 heritage produced in 1969. It features a hexagonal body with a unique finish. Tough clear lacquer over a rough weathered-looking raw aluminium barrel, with matt aluminium clip and push-button mechanism. It comes with an exclusive flat aluminum gift tin with a sculpted, 3-D profile of the pen on the lid.
