YELLOW GOLD FOUNTAIN PEN
Authorized
by the Alhambra Museum Authority of Granada Limited Edition. On the
highest point in Granada, Spain, rise the red walls and towers which
surround Alhambra, the "Red Palace", the most remarkable
monument of Moorish art surviving in Spain (12th century). Its simple
exterior masks a highly ornamented interior. Visconti
proudly introduces Alhambra, the most labor intensive filigree overlay pen
ever produced, with over 100 handcrafted steps in production.
The
filigree personifies the magnificent lace-like ornamentation prominent
throughout the Palace's architecture. The Alhambra Limited Edition
utilizes a filigree process never achieved before - actually embedding,
not simply applying, precious white gold filigree into the cap and barrel
of the black lucite fountain pen.
Each pen is
signed with its Limited Edition Number. Comes with two-toned nibs, yellow
18 Kt. gold with rhodium contrast, are engraved with the emblem of
Florence, a stylized flower.
Alhambra pens have the unique "High Vacuum Power Filler" that is
an easy to use filling system featured in all limited edition Visconti
pen.
Pen is New
Pen is new and never been
used. The fountain pen has never been dipped nor inked. Comes with original
wooden box , paper as shown
above, ink pot and eye dropper. I accept
