SCEPTRUM
Encircling
the barrel is the depiction of the struggle between a hawk and a snake,
which
although mortally wounded by the hawk, carries an egg to safety in an
extreme gesture symbolic of the continuation of life and its renewal.
Sceptrum was created by the able hands of Paolo Cerrini, who modeled
the barrel in beeswax, and is available in gold or silver with a ruby set in
the jaw of the snake.
The fountain pen features a piston filler system with retractable
nib. Sceptrum
is a limited series: 298 pieces in gold
and 598 in silver. BUT WHAT I HAVE ARE PROTOTYPE OF SILVER AND
VERMEIL.

Pens have never been
used. The fountain pens have never been dipped nor inked. These were used to
show dealers around the world so that they are able to place the order.
Since these are Prototype, they do not come with papers. However, we have
the normal Stipula box to house the pens individually.
