The "water" inside (as
seen in the photo above) the barrel is typical of Pelikan. It is not water
but a fluid to protect the pen. It must be there for all new Pelikan
fountain pen. If you don't see this fluid inside the barrel, then the pen
has been inked.
This pen is #2760/3000. In the older
limited edition series, no serial number was engraved on the pen, only
written on papers. This is in fact more rare than the Blue Ocean in terms of
quantity being produced.

used. The fountain pen has never been dipped nor inked. Comes with original boxes and papers as shown above. I accept
